Our Zaventem lots are 5 to 12 minutes from the terminal. Your confirmation email includes the exact address plus a Google Maps link, and the shuttle or valet instructions.

The car park is fenced, lit and covered by CCTV, and cars are only moved by our own drivers. Vehicles are stored at the owner's risk, which is standard for the industry — check your own car insurance for full coverage.

For valet and shuttle bookings we track your inbound flight number, which you give us at checkout. If you land late, the driver adjusts automatically at no extra cost.

Yes. You can change your dates or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your drop-off time. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 business days.

Allow at least 2.5 hours before departure. For shuttle lots, plan to be at the car park 30 minutes before you want to be at the terminal.

For shuttle and valet lots, yes — keys stay with us so we can move vehicles if needed. Park & Walk is the exception: you keep your keys and walk to the terminal.

Card payments are handled securely by Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details never reach our servers.

Most of our covered lots have a 1.80 m height barrier. If you drive a van, a roof box or a modified vehicle, choose an uncovered lot instead.
